Cleaning of Sealed Floor

The surface will be scrubbed with a hard floor cleaning machine that uses a mash pad that is designed for the particular type of floor. This will remove the top layer of the sealant. After this, the technician will spread a special cleaning solution all over the floor and allow it to settle for a while. It will soak up all the accumulated dirt and grime from the surface. When the time is up, the technician will use an extraction machine to remove the cleaning solution along with all the dislodged unsanitary agents. Finally, your floor will be sprayed with a sealant. You are left with a perfectly clean and protected floor.

Cleaning of Polished Floor

Such floors include linoleum and vinyl. After our inspection, the floor is thoroughly cleaned and mopped. Then, a special stripping solution is applied to the floor and left for about 15 minutes. When the time is up, a rotary type of machine with mash pads is used to strip the polish. This way the old layer will be removed along with any accumulated dirt. After this, the floor is thoroughly mopped with a neutraliser. Finally, a new layer of polish is applied to the floor depending on what type it is and you will be able to walk on it after two or three hours.

Regular Rotary Cleaning
