We offer full time and part time housekeepers for homes like yours.
We have tried and tested home cleaners who have carried out several cleaning assignments on various clients properties either alone or within a team.

How often do they clean?
We are aware of the fact that due to the government introduced minimum wage for cleaning staff, many clients cannot afford to have a housekeeper 5 days a week like one would have hoped. It’s for this specific reason that we offer clients the following working frequency options:
- Weekly service: once a week, our dedicated housekeeper will come to you to perform her duties;
- Bi-weekly: Twice a week, our dedicated housekeeper will come to you to perform her duties;
- Tri-weekly: Thrice a week, our dedicated housekeeper will come to you to perform her duties;
For those who cannot do without a housekeeper 5 days a week, we also have professional staff for you.

How much does it cost?
We do not apply the “one size fits all price strategy”.
We believe in providing excellent value for money house cleaning service.
Our rates are based on the service frequency, the size of the house/apartment and the area where the house is located; Clients leaving in areas requiring multiple mode of transports to get to work are more likely to pay more than those who don’t. This is to ensure that our housekeepers do not spend more than 15% of their income to get to work and back home.

PAYMENT
At the end of every month, a detailed invoice is sent to the client with a full breakdown of days worked by our cleaning staff.
Our company banking details are provided at the bottom of each invoice sent to the client.
Tips or Gratuities
Although our housekeepers get a salary directly from our company at the end of every month, clients who wish to give our housekeeper(s) a tip (gratuity) are free to do so. This is left at the sole discretion of the client and must not be considered as an obligation.
Note that tips are not necessary given in rand, it can be something as simple as unspoiled groceries clients no longer wish to keep when drawing up a new shopping list. A lift to the nearest public transport as one drives in that direction when the housekeeper is done and ready to go home is also considered a gratuity coming from the client.
Public holiday
Housekeepers do not work on public holidays unless paid double to do so as prescribed by the law.
Clients can also book for the housekeeper to come on a day other than the public holiday if the housekeeper does not work 5 days a week and also provided that the housekeeper does not have other commitments elsewhere on the requested date.
Insurance
All our housekeepers are insured against work related injuries while on the client’s premises.
